Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet WFH Executive Liaison to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. This fully remote position requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules and projects independently. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions, handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, and contributing to a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and manage executive projects, tracking progress and deadlines.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring information is readily accessible and secure.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or summaries as needed.
  • Facilitate communication across departments and with external partners.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively provide support to executives to optimize their time and efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an executive assistant or high-level administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar office suites.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to task management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience working in a large, global technology company.
  • Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
