Job Description
Grace Limousine and Shuttle is immediately hiring professional and dedicated Limo Drivers to join our esteemed team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a clean driving record and a passion for providing top-tier customer service. We offer a competitive hourly wage, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a supportive work environment. As a Limo Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients enjoy a comfortable, safe, and luxurious journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, and limousines, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for service.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and colleagues.
- Adhere to scheduled routes and timelines, adapting as necessary to traffic or client requests.
- Handle client inquiries and requests courteously and efficiently.
- Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of clients.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of New Hampshire roads and traffic patterns, especially in the Manchester area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a professional driver (taxi, ride-share, delivery, chauffeur).
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
