Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Relations Specialist with a strong focus on creative talent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with a diverse range of influencers, artists, and content creators who align with our clients’ brand values and campaign objectives. You will play a crucial part in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, fostering authentic connections, and driving measurable engagement for various client projects. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and recruit relevant influencers and creative talent across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, specialized art/design communities).
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, ensuring positive experiences and fostering brand advocacy.
- Negotiate partnership terms, compensation, and deliverables with influencers and their representatives.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and client teams to align influencer strategies with overall campaign goals and messaging.
- Oversee the creation and approval process of influencer content, ensuring brand guidelines and campaign objectives are met.
- Monitor influencer performance, track key metrics, and generate comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing and the creator economy.
- Manage influencer contracts, payments, and ensure timely execution of all campaign elements.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or talent management, with a focus on creative talent.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, recruiting, and managing influencer relationships.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and audience demographics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with a diverse range of creative talents (e.g., artists, musicians, designers, gamers).
- Familiarity with digital content creation processes and tools.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Existing network of influencer contacts.
