Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Remote Google Advocate to join our dynamic team. In this 100% remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients utilizing Google products and services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will provide expert guidance, troubleshoot issues, gather feedback, and champion client needs internally to foster product improvements and client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of Google’s ecosystem and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary advocate for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and how Google products contribute to their success.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance on Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Google Ads, and other relevant Google platforms.
  • Proactively identify client needs and potential issues, offering solutions and best practices to optimize their use of Google technologies.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Google's product teams, effectively communicating feedback, feature requests, and bug reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on new Google features and product updates.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and key performance indicators, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product development teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google product developments, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer advocacy, technical account management, or high-level customer support role, preferably with Google products.
  • Proven expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, or other Google enterprise solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Google Cloud Certification (e.g., Cloud Digital Leader, Associate Cloud Engineer).
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Previous experience with data analysis and reporting to drive customer insights.
