Job Description
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Microsoft Compliance Officer with a strong regulatory focus to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers full benefits and is critical in ensuring our operations adhere to all relevant financial regulations and internal policies, leveraging Microsoft’s compliance tools and frameworks. As a Microsoft Compliance Officer, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and monitoring our compliance programs, with a particular emphasis on regulatory requirements pertaining to data privacy, financial reporting, and operational integrity. You will work closely with various departments, providing expert guidance and ensuring our use of Microsoft technologies aligns with industry best practices and legal mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs specifically tailored to Microsoft platforms and relevant financial regulations.
- Monitor changes in regulatory landscapes (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX, GLBA) and assess their impact on our Microsoft ecosystem and overall operations.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments of Microsoft-based systems and data handling processes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to internal teams on regulatory compliance matters related to Microsoft products and services.
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Business units to ensure robust controls and policies are in place and enforced.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees, focusing on responsible use of Microsoft tools and data.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues, recommending corrective actions and process improvements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance, particularly within the financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 compliance features (e.g., Purview, Microsoft Defender, Azure AD).
- Strong understanding of relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and financial regulations (e.g., SOX, GLBA, FINRA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Compliance certifications (e.g., CAMS, CIPP, CISM).
- Master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD).
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with risk management principles and methodologies.
