Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting summer job in a dynamic and fun environment? Haven Holidays is seeking enthusiastic and versatile Holiday Park All-Rounders to join our team for the upcoming summer season at our Blackpool Sands Holiday Park. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on variety, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to contribute to a memorable holiday experience for our guests. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of various park activities and services, making every day unique and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with guest check-ins and provide information about park facilities and local attractions.
- Support the entertainment team with setting up and running daily activities and evening shows.
- Perform light cleaning duties in public areas, activity zones, and caravans as needed.
- Serve food and beverages in our restaurants, bars, or cafes, maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.
- Help maintain the general cleanliness and presentation of the caravan park grounds.
- Monitor and assist guests at various leisure facilities, ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations across different departments.
