Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Aromatherapy Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a keen interest in essential oils and a desire to support our wellness practitioners. You will play a crucial role in preparing and maintaining our aromatherapy station, assisting with essential oil blends, ensuring a serene environment, and providing light administrative support. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare aromatherapy diffusers and essential oil blends according to spa protocols.
- Assist therapists with setting up and cleaning treatment rooms, focusing on aromatherapy elements.
- Ensure all essential oil supplies are organized, stocked, and properly labeled.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the aromatherapy station and related areas.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments or answering phones, as needed.
- Assist guests with retail essential oil product selections and provide basic product information.
- Support inventory management of essential oils and aromatherapy supplies.
- Uphold the highest standards of guest service and spa ambiance.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Handle laundry and maintain linen supplies for aromatherapy services.
