Job Description

We are seeking a highly reliable and trustworthy individual to join our team in Derby as a Banking & Post Errand Runner. This is a critical trust-based role, responsible for securely handling important documents, packages, and conducting various errands between our branch, the post office, and other local businesses. The ideal candidate will be a dependable individual with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, who can manage tasks efficiently and discreetly. This role requires excellent local knowledge and a commitment to precision and confidentiality, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and securely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport banking documents, inter-office mail, and packages between the branch, post office, and other designated local locations.
  • Process outgoing mail and packages at the post office, ensuring correct postage and tracking.
  • Collect and deliver items as instructed, adhering to strict timelines and security protocols.
  • Handle cash and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records of errands completed and items transported.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the branch manager.
  • Represent NatWest professionally during all external interactions, upholding the bank's reputation.
