Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Weekend Remote Data Analyst (Junior) to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring data professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data sets to provide actionable insights that support various projects. This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while contributing to impactful projects during weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and identify trends or patterns.
- Create clear and concise reports, summaries, and presentations of findings.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and team members to understand data requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy in all analyses.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data dashboards and tools.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
- Basic understanding of SQL for data querying.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
- Prior internship or project experience in data analysis.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
