Job Description
Join G’s Fresh as a Farm Camp Picker in a vibrant, social working environment. This seasonal role involves the manual harvesting of various fresh produce crops, ensuring quality and efficiency. We offer a unique opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to the food supply chain, and live within our supportive farm camp community, with board included. Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick and harvest various fresh produce crops according to quality standards.
- Work efficiently and accurately to meet daily picking targets.
- Conduct initial quality checks on harvested produce.
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced outdoor setting.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work area.
Required Skills
