Job Description
BayCare Health System is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Health Intern with a focus on Healthcare Experience. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in understanding and enhancing the patient journey and overall experience. The intern will support various initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction, engagement, and operational efficiency, all from a fully remote setting. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about healthcare and looking to make a tangible impact on service delivery and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting and analyzing patient feedback data to identify areas for improvement in healthcare services.
- Support the development and implementation of patient engagement strategies and programs.
- Conduct research on best practices in healthcare experience and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand operational workflows and their impact on patient experience.
- Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations for enhancing healthcare delivery.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects related to quality improvement and patient care.
