Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Level WFH EA Content Strategist to join our dynamic remote team. This is a unique opportunity to combine administrative support with emerging content strategy responsibilities for key initiatives. You will play a crucial role in organizing content pipelines, assisting with content research, scheduling, and ensuring smooth execution of content plans, all from the comfort of your home office. This 100% remote position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a foundational understanding of digital content best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing digital files for content projects.
  • Assist in the research, planning, and development of content strategies across various digital platforms.
  • Help maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets from concept to publication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, brand, legal) and external agencies to facilitate content creation and distribution.
  • Support the analysis of content performance metrics and contribute to optimization efforts.
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency.
  • Manage and organize content assets in digital libraries and content management systems.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content technologies.

Required Skills
