Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Agricultural General Hands to join our busy teams across Coventry and surrounding suburbs. This ‘All-Rounder Picker’ role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and are eager to contribute to the success of a major agricultural operation. You will be involved in various aspects of farm work, primarily focusing on harvesting a range of crops, but also assisting with other general farm duties as required. No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of various crops, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Operate basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision (training provided).
- Assist with packing and preparing produce for transport.
- Participate in general farm maintenance, including weeding, planting, and field preparation.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications
