Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Overland Park. This role offers an hourly wage starting at $25/hr, with potential increases based on your experience and performance. You will be an integral part of our store operations, contributing to a positive shopping environment and ensuring guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by assisting shoppers with inquiries, product location, and checkout processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Support in-store promotions and merchandising efforts.
