Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Documentation Clerk to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about technology, organization, and supporting AI initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and organizing essential documentation related to our artificial intelligence projects and systems. You will work closely with AI developers, data scientists, and project managers to ensure that all AI models, processes, and outcomes are accurately recorded and easily accessible. No prior experience in AI is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and proofread technical documentation for AI models, algorithms, and system architectures.
  • Organize and maintain a centralized repository for all AI-related documents, ensuring version control and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to gather information and clarify technical concepts for documentation purposes.
  • Assist in the creation of user manuals, process guides, and standard operating procedures for AI tools and applications.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Convert complex technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed to facilitate project flow.

Required Skills
