Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, utensils, and work surfaces, in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Assist with the unloading and storage of deliveries, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas.
- Empty bins and manage waste disposal appropriately.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to kitchen management.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Reliability and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications
