Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Trend & Keyword Analyst to join our remote market research team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying emerging trends, analyzing keyword performance, and providing actionable insights that drive our clients’ market strategies. You will work with diverse datasets, leveraging advanced tools to uncover patterns, predict future shifts, and support data-driven decision-making. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with a global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • Identify, track, and analyze relevant keywords across various platforms and search engines to optimize content and SEO strategies.
  • Utilize market research tools and platforms to gather and interpret data, including social listening, search trend analysis, and competitive intelligence tools.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations for internal teams and clients.
  • Monitor industry news, technological advancements, and cultural shifts to identify emerging trends and their potential impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, data scientists, and client service teams, to integrate insights into overall project deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain a robust understanding of client industries and market dynamics.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies and analytical techniques.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social listening platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content strategy.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with global clients or in a multinational environment.
