Marriott International is seeking a dedicated Summer Seasonal Chauffeur to join our premier transportation team in Tulsa, serving guests destined for vacation hotspots. As a Chauffeur, you will be an integral part of our guests’ luxury experience, ensuring safe, comfortable, and timely transportation to and from various destinations, with a special focus on routes leading to popular vacation locales. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport guests to their desired destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a luxurious experience for all passengers.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and provide courteous, professional service at all times.
- Plan and execute routes efficiently, adapting to traffic conditions and guest preferences.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and hotel staff to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Handle confidential guest information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide local insights and recommendations to guests when appropriate, enhancing their travel experience.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience (chauffeur, taxi, limousine, or similar).
- Excellent knowledge of local geography and ability to use GPS navigation systems effectively.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to safety.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury vehicles.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Fluency in a second language.
- Defensive driving course completion.
