Job Description
Join the Target team in Wesley Chapel, FL, in a dynamic and foundational role critical to our daily operations. As a Team Member, you will contribute to various aspects of store functionality, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both guests and fellow team members. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by assisting customers with inquiries, product location, and checkout processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Support merchandising efforts, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Assist with inventory management and backroom organization.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
