Job Description
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic 15-year-old looking for your first job experience? Kohl’s in Naperville, IL, is seeking energetic Retail Helpers to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for teens eager to learn about retail operations, customer service, and teamwork in a supportive environment. You’ll assist our store associates in various tasks, helping to keep our store looking great and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Plus, you’ll enjoy a fantastic staff discount on clothes and other merchandise!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by directing them to product locations or helping with basic inquiries.
- Help organize and restock merchandise on sales floor, ensuring neat and tidy displays.
- Support the visual merchandising team by arranging clothing and accessories.
- Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and ensure their availability for customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Provide support to cashiers and other staff as needed during busy periods.
Required Skills
- Must be 15 years of age or older.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
