Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apple Career Development Aide with an HR Tech focus to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Apple’s world-class employee development initiatives, specifically leveraging technology to enhance learning and career progression. You will play a crucial role in supporting the administration, coordination, and improvement of our internal career development platforms and programs, ensuring our employees have the resources they need to thrive. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day administration and maintenance of HR technology platforms related to career development (e.g., learning management systems, career pathing tools).
- Provide support to employees and managers regarding career development resources and tools, troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Coordinate and schedule career development workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
- Help prepare and distribute communications related to career development programs.
- Gather and organize data for reporting on program effectiveness and platform usage.
- Support the content creation and update process for internal career development resources.
- Collaborate with HR Tech specialists and L&D teams to identify opportunities for platform enhancement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all career development activities.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, technology, or career development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS or LMS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand).
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Experience in a support or administrative role.
- Familiarity with data entry and basic reporting.
