Job Description
Are you passionate about career development and leveraging technology to empower individuals? Capgemini is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Apple Career Development Aide with an HR Tech focus to join our innovative team. This 100% remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our talent development initiatives, specifically by enhancing and supporting our career growth platforms and tools, with a keen eye on integration within the Apple technology ecosystem. You will be instrumental in ensuring our employees have access to the best resources and pathways for their professional journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of career development programs and initiatives.
- Support the administration and optimization of HR technology platforms, specifically those related to learning and career pathways, with an Apple ecosystem focus.
- Conduct research on best practices in career development and HR technology trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations on program effectiveness, employee engagement, and technology adoption.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees on career development tools and resources.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and L&D specialists to align career development efforts with business needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to career development activities and HR tech usage.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions (virtually) on career planning and utilization of HR tech tools.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Apple operating systems (macOS, iOS) and applications.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, especially in talent management and career development.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) or learning management systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of remote collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a human resources or talent development role.
- Familiarity with specific HR Tech platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, or equivalent.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., CIPD Level 3/5) or project management.
