Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for a range of Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and accessories.
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring clear and understandable communication.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when necessary, providing detailed reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products, services, and software updates.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic service.
