Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team, focusing on initiatives related to Google Teams integration and optimization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, supporting project managers, and facilitating effective communication across various stakeholders. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in tracking progress, managing resources, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation for our critical Google Teams-focused ventures. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects, with a specific focus on Google Teams integrations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Coordinate resources, meetings, and project activities across cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and clear understanding of project status.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and help develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage and organize project documentation, including presentations, status reports, and technical specifications.
  • Support the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenditures.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to company standards and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative project support role (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meet, Chat, and especially Google Teams functionality).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications or IT service environments.
