Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Boutique Limo Driver to join our exclusive small fleet. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about providing personalized, top-tier service to our valued clients. As a Boutique Limo Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, timely, and comfortable transportation experiences, maintaining the immaculate condition of our luxury vehicles, and embodying the elegance and reliability that our brand represents. Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury vehicles (sedans, SUVs, limousines) safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide courteous, punctual, and personalized transportation services to clients for various events, including corporate travel, airport transfers, and special occasions.
- Assist clients with luggage and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Maintain vehicles in pristine condition, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, cleaning interiors and exteriors, and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Plan efficient routes, utilizing GPS and local knowledge to navigate Lexington and surrounding areas.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company's high standards.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy standards for all clients.
- Handle client inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major infractions in the last 5 years).
- Excellent knowledge of Lexington, KY, and surrounding areas.
- Proven experience in professional driving, preferably in luxury transportation or customer service-oriented roles.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Punctual, reliable, and highly responsible.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chauffeur's license or equivalent professional driving certification.
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals or executive clients.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to identify minor vehicle issues.
