Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing daily activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
- Support children with daily routines, including meals, snacks, nap time, and potty training.
- Communicate effectively and positively with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Observe and document children's progress and participate in team meetings.
- Adhere to all Bright Horizons policies and procedures, as well as state licensing requirements.

- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
