Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing daily activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
  • Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
  • Support children with daily routines, including meals, snacks, nap time, and potty training.
  • Communicate effectively and positively with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
  • Observe and document children's progress and participate in team meetings.
  • Adhere to all Bright Horizons policies and procedures, as well as state licensing requirements.

  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
