Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our thriving wellness centre in Brighton. This full-time, on-site role offers stable hours, providing essential support to our chiropractors and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in patients, managing their appointments and ensuring a smooth flow through the clinic.
- Handle patient inquiries, schedule follow-up appointments, and manage the clinic's reception area effectively.
- Process patient payments, manage billing inquiries, and maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality.
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist chiropractors during patient examinations and treatments as needed.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all.
- Educate patients on home care instructions, exercises, and wellness programs as directed by the chiropractor.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing patient files, correspondence, and inventory.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.

- Experience with clinic management software (e.g., Jane App, ChiroTouch).
