Job Description
Join the McDonald’s team as a Fast Food Porter, playing a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring all areas, from dining spaces to kitchen facilities, are spotless and well-maintained, contributing directly to a positive customer and employee experience. This position is vital for the smooth and safe operation of our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior premises.
- Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, floors, walls, and work surfaces.
- Manage waste disposal, including emptying bins and ensuring proper recycling procedures are followed.
- Support inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and deliveries.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks as required, such as changing lightbulbs or minor repairs.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and supplies.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
