Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Houston, focusing specifically on our portfolio of tech startup clients. In this crucial role, you will be the primary point of contact for our innovative tech startup partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Concentrix’s services. You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities for growth, mitigating risks, and driving the adoption and value of our solutions. This position requires a passion for technology, a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, and a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of tech startup accounts, serving as the lead point of contact for all customer success matters.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Understand customer needs and business objectives to align Concentrix solutions with their strategic goals.
- Onboard new clients effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value.
- Conduct regular business reviews to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and showcase value.
- Proactively monitor client health, identify at-risk accounts, and develop strategies for retention and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams to address client needs and drive solutions.
- Act as an advocate for the customer internally, relaying feedback and contributing to product and service improvements.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales to expand our footprint.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client-specific business challenges.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role, preferably within the tech industry or with startup clients.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of the tech startup ecosystem and common business challenges.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with SaaS products or services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and rapid development cycles common in startups.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications in Customer Success Management.
