Job Description

As a Corporate Front Desk Aide at TD Bank, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors, embodying the professionalism and welcoming spirit of our organization. This essential role requires a polished demeanor, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to office support. You will manage incoming communications, provide administrative assistance, and ensure the smooth operation of our front office during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. This is a crucial position that contributes significantly to the overall efficiency and positive atmosphere of our corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and discretion.
  • Answer and route incoming calls efficiently, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate catering and refreshments for internal meetings and events when required.
  • Uphold security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing temporary badges.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
