Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an EA Sports FC 24/25 Associate with a special focus on weekend overtime. In this role, you will be at the forefront of promoting the latest EA Sports FC titles, engaging with customers, and enhancing their gaming experience. This position requires a passion for video games, excellent customer service skills, and a readiness to work during peak weekend hours, often including overtime, to meet enthusiastic fan demand and support in-store events.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively with customers to promote and demonstrate EA Sports FC 24/25, highlighting new features and gameplay.
- Process sales transactions efficiently, manage inventory for EA Sports FC products, and ensure proper merchandising.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on EA Sports FC games and related accessories.
- Support the organization and execution of in-store gaming events, tournaments, and promotional activities, primarily on weekends.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
- Work flexible hours, with a strong emphasis on weekend shifts and available overtime to meet business needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Passion for video games, especially sports simulation games like EA Sports FC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Reliability and punctuality, particularly for weekend shifts.
