Job Description

Are you an enthusiastic and organized individual with a passion for video games? Electronic Arts is looking for an Entry Level EA Support Staff member to join our dynamic team in Briargate, Colorado Springs. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and correspondence management.

  • Participate actively in playtesting various game builds, providing detailed and constructive feedback on gameplay, features, and user experience.
  • Document and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues with clarity and precision.
  • Support development teams by gathering and organizing feedback, and assisting with project-related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and project information.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments.
