Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented FedEx Claims Processor – Insurance & Shipping Admin to join our team in Green Valley Ranch, Henderson. This role is crucial for managing and resolving claims related to shipping damages, losses, and service failures, ensuring fair and timely resolution for our customers and compliance with company policies and insurance regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, an understanding of shipping processes, and a commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and investigate shipping claims for lost, damaged, or delayed packages in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal departments, and third-party insurers to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
  • Maintain accurate records of all claims, investigations, and resolutions in the claims management system.
  • Prepare detailed reports on claim trends, root causes, and recommended preventative measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, insurance policies, and company guidelines.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to shipping documentation, insurance renewals, and record keeping.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to identify and address systemic issues contributing to claims.
