Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a FedEx Ground Remote Support Agent. This is a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service exclusively through chat and email channels – no phone calls required! You will be a vital part of our remote team, assisting FedEx Ground customers with inquiries, tracking, and issue resolution, ensuring their satisfaction from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding FedEx Ground services, package tracking, shipping rates, and policies.
