Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, including sending invitations, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Handle incoming communications (emails, virtual chat messages) and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Prepare basic reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by senior staff.
  • Support various departmental projects with administrative tasks, learning business processes along the way.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and suggest efficient solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.
