Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload packages, scanning and sorting according to established procedures.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs (and maneuver heavier packages with assistance).
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or physical labor role.
- Experience operating material handling equipment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
