- Process financial documents, applications, and forms accurately and efficiently, adhering to all compliance guidelines.
- Maintain organized client files and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and follow up on client service activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Support general office operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Utilize various office software and financial systems for daily tasks.
