Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations within Plymouth and surrounding areas to assemble flat-pack furniture, adhering to manufacturer instructions.
- Ensure all furniture is assembled safely, securely, and to the highest quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing professional and courteous service.
- Manage your schedule to complete assigned jobs within agreed-upon timescales.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace at customer sites.
- Possess and maintain your own set of essential assembly tools.
Required Skills
- Strong practical and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and follow complex instructions and diagrams accurately.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
- Reliable transport to travel to various customer locations.
- Ownership of basic assembly tools (e.g., screwdrivers, Allen keys, mallet).
