Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Fleet Chauffeur to join our corporate services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation services for our executives and VIPs using our modern fleet of 2024 luxury vehicles. This role requires exceptional driving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to impeccable service and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives, clients, and VIPs to and from various destinations, including airports, meetings, and events.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring it is always clean, fueled, and mechanically sound.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance needs or issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Plan and execute efficient routes, considering traffic, road conditions, and passenger schedules.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other personal items as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- Manage schedules effectively, ensuring punctuality and adaptability to last-minute changes.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with passengers and internal staff.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions).
- Excellent knowledge of local geography, traffic patterns, and alternative routes in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Professional demeanor and immaculate appearance.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a corporate chauffeur, executive driver, or in a similar luxury transportation role.
- Advanced defensive driving certification or training.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
