Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Garage Storage Installer, providing essential manual support for the installation of various garage organization systems. This role is perfect for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. You will be responsible for assisting lead installers, ensuring safe and efficient project completion, and upholding our standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers in the efficient and safe installation of garage storage solutions including shelving, cabinets, and overhead racks.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, measuring, cutting, and assembling components.
- Prepare work sites by setting up equipment and protecting customer property.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in company vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with lead installers, customers, and team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform strenuous manual labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Basic understanding of power tools and hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, installation, general labor, or a similar hands-on role (1 year).
