Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Government Grants Processor. This is a secure, entry-level position that requires no prior experience, offering comprehensive training and a clear path for professional growth within a supportive environment. As a Grants Processor, you will play a crucial role in supporting various government projects by managing the administrative aspects of grant applications, compliance, and reporting. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning the intricacies of federal grant processes and contributing directly to critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of government grant applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Review grant guidelines and requirements to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all grant-related documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Track the status of submitted applications and follow up on pending items.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to gather necessary information.
- Support the preparation of grant progress reports and final reports.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in grant documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding grant-related inquiries.
Required Skills
