Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying living areas.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Assist with medication reminders as directed.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
- Accurately document services provided and report any changes in client condition.
Required Skills
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Patience and empathy for individuals requiring assistance.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in caregiving or customer service (not required, but a plus).
- CPR/First Aid certification (training available if needed).
- Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Hmong) are a plus.
