Job Description
This is an entry-level position designed for ambitious individuals eager to launch a career in Artificial Intelligence. As a Junior AI Specialist Trainee, you will embark on a structured, mentor-led career path within our innovative AI department. You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data science methodologies, working on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced AI professionals. This role is perfect for recent graduates or career changers with a foundational understanding of programming and a strong desire to learn and grow in the AI domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programs and workshops focused on AI, machine learning, and data science.
- Assist senior AI specialists in developing, testing, and deploying AI models and solutions.
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets to prepare them for model training.
- Write and optimize code for AI applications and algorithms, primarily in Python.
- Document project progress, methodologies, and findings clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to solution design.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and research.
Required Skills
- Foundational understanding of programming concepts, preferably in Python.
- Basic knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience/certifications).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
