Job Description

This is a unique entry-level opportunity to learn the valuable skill of laminate floor installation from experienced professionals. No prior experience is required – just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality. You’ll work alongside our skilled flooring specialists, gaining practical experience and developing a trade that is always in demand. Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced installers in preparing work sites for laminate flooring installation.
- Learn and practice proper techniques for cutting, laying, and securing laminate planks.
- Help with the removal of old flooring materials and disposal of debris.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong physical stamina and dexterity.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Eagerness to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of measurements (will be further developed).

- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
