Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Microsoft Ad Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for the flawless execution and trafficking of Microsoft Advertising campaigns, ensuring all ads are launched on time, accurately, and according to specifications. You will collaborate closely with account managers, media planners, and creative teams to manage campaign assets, track performance, and maintain clear communication throughout the campaign lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a foundational understanding of digital advertising principles, with a particular focus on Microsoft Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the setup, trafficking, and launch of Microsoft Advertising campaigns across various ad formats and platforms.
  • Manage and organize all campaign assets, including creative files, landing page URLs, and tracking parameters.
  • Ensure strict adherence to campaign deadlines and client specifications for all ad deployments.
  • Proactively monitor campaign status, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot trafficking-related problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Media Planning, Creative) to gather necessary campaign inputs and provide updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign setup, revisions, and performance data.
  • Stay informed on Microsoft Advertising platform updates, new features, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads) platform operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and terminology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with other ad serving platforms or Google Ads.
  • Basic understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Certification in Microsoft Advertising or similar platforms.
  • Prior experience in an agency environment.
