Job Description
We are seeking discerning and discreet individuals to join our exclusive Weekend Roster as Mystery Dinner Guests. This unique contracting opportunity offers high earning potential for individuals who possess a keen eye for detail, an appreciation for fine dining, and the ability to provide constructive, objective feedback. As a Mystery Dinner Guest, you will covertly evaluate various aspects of our dining experiences, from the moment you arrive to your departure, ensuring our high standards of service, ambiance, and culinary excellence are consistently met and exceeded. This is a crucial role in our continuous pursuit of perfection, requiring impartiality, sharp observational skills, and the ability to articulate findings clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Dine discreetly at assigned Brennan's Restaurant Group establishments during weekend hours, as per scheduled assignments.
- Reticently observe and evaluate all facets of the dining experience, including but not limited to, host service, wait staff attentiveness and knowledge, food quality and presentation, beverage service, restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to a pre-defined evaluation checklist and specific scenario instructions for each visit.
- Formulate and submit detailed, objective, and constructive reports within a specified timeframe following each visit, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement.
- Maintain complete anonymity and discretion throughout the evaluation process, ensuring no staff member is aware of your role.
- Provide accurate and factual accounts of interactions and observations, backed by specific examples.
- Represent the discerning eye of a regular guest, providing insights that genuinely reflect the customer experience.
