Job Description
Join the Netflix Customer Help team as a Flexible Part-time Roster member and be the friendly voice of our brand. This hybrid role in Greeley, CO, offers the opportunity to provide world-class support to our global members, helping them enjoy their favorite content seamlessly. You’ll be assisting with a variety of inquiries, from troubleshooting technical issues to managing accounts, all while upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service. We are looking for empathetic, tech-savvy individuals who thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and can adapt to a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient support to Netflix members via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming quality, device compatibility, and account access.
- Assist members with account management, billing inquiries, and subscription changes.
- Educate members on Netflix features, content library, and service offerings.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new Netflix features and policies.
- Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements to ensure adequate coverage for member support.
Required Skills

- Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
