Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries related to accounts, billing, content, and technical issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with streaming devices, network connectivity, and application functionality.
  • Educate members on Netflix features, services, and subscription options.
  • Process account changes, cancellations, and billing adjustments accurately.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all member communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with Netflix's evolving product offerings, policies, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of streaming devices, operating systems, and basic networking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Prior experience in a remote customer service role.
  • Familiarity with the Netflix platform and its various features.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
