Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Netflix Support Specialist, providing exceptional customer service to our members across the United States. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for members, helping them troubleshoot technical issues, answer billing questions, and provide guidance on using our vast entertainment library. We are looking for empathetic, tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience to every Netflix user. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer support via phone, chat, and email for Netflix members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to streaming, account access, device compatibility, and connectivity.
  • Assist members with billing inquiries, account management, and subscription changes.
  • Educate members on Netflix features, content library, and platform navigation.
  • Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay informed about new Netflix features, content, and policy updates.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.

Required Skills
