Job Description

Join Wells Fargo as an Office Support specialist in Reno! This full-time role offers consistent hours, Monday to Friday, with no overtime required, promoting excellent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls with professionalism.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Perform data entry, file management (physical and digital), and document preparation.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and coordinate maintenance when required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
